Directions
Standard
Dose: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule in the morning and
one (1) capsule in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout.
Optimum Dose: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the
morning and two (2) capsules in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior
to workout. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 degrees F
and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate. As with any
dietary supplement, to receive the desired benefits, this product
should be used in conjuction with a well-balanced diet and exercise
