Directions

Muscle Tissue Saturation Phase: Week 1 though 4 - take two (2) Beta-X caplets 3 times per day (every 4 to 6 hours). Muscle Tissue Support Phase: Week 5 and beyond - take one (1) Beta-X caplet 3 times per day (every 4 to 6 hours).
